You must have good technical knowledge and possess the ability to work unsupervised. Ability to read instructions represented in manuals, drawings, schematics etc. and following them with precision is extremely important. Responsibilities Assemble Electrical cabinets with required components from blueprints Wire electrical components using schematics Ensure that the components and wiring are installed to meet quality expectations Keep records of production quantities and time Report all issues, malfunctions, or defective parts Follow 5S principles to maintain a clean and safe work environment Ability to work overtime as assigned Skills Proven experience as assembler Technical knowledge and ability to read blueprints, drawings etc. Ability in using hand tools and small power tools Ability to solder small and large components Good understanding of quality control principles Good communication skills (verbal and written) Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical condition Ability to use basic test equipment to perform testing Ability to work with minimal supervision Familiarity with making wire harnesses from blueprints
