Job Description:

Tool Operation:

Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment (e.g., soldering irons, crimping tools, multimeters) for electrical assembly tasks.

Safety Compliance:

Follow all safety procedures and guidelines when working with electrical components, tools, and equipment to ensure a safe work environment.

Collaboration:

Work as part of a team to meet production goals and timelines. Communicate effectively with colleagues and senior assemblers to ensure efficient assembly processes.

Hours:

Monday thru Friday 7 AM to 3:30 PM PST. Will require 10 HRS OT- Either during the week or on Saturday.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Vocational school graduates acceptable only if paired with industry/military exposure. Basic knowledge of electrical components and assembly techniques. Experience with or willingness to learn basic soldering, wiring, and electrical assembly. Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams, schematics, and blueprints. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment (multimeter, oscilloscope, soldering iron). Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully. Good manual dexterity and ability to work with small components. Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly. Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in electrical assembly, wiring, or related fields. Basic knowledge of soldering techniques and wiring standards. Familiarity with testing and diagnostic equipment used in electrical assembly. Experience working in a manufacturing or assembly environment. Knowledge of safety protocols related to electrical assembly. A minimum of 4 – 6 years of related experience. Micro-assembly & batch production experience

Industries:

HVAC, automotive, electrical manufacturing (e.g., Siemens).

Technical Certification Bonus:

Synectics is pleased to award its employees a bonus of up to $500 for an approved professional certification. In determining the bonus amount, Synectics will consider the cost of the test(s) for any certification relating to your current position, achieved during your employment with us. Only one Certification Bonus per calendar year may be awarded per employee. Only current, active employees will be eligible to receive this bonus.
