Responsibilities:

We are looking for amotivated Electrical Sub-Assembler to join our team. In thisentry-level role, you will be responsible for assisting in theassembly of electrical subassemblies for various equipment andsystems. You will work closely with senior assemblers and engineersto ensure components are assembled accurately and meet companyquality standards. If you have an interest in electrical systemsand want to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturingenvironment.

Key Responsibilities:
    Electrical Subassembly:

    Assemble electrical subassemblies, including wiring, connectors,circuit boards, and components, following detailed engineeringdiagrams and specifications.

      Component Integration:

      Installelectrical components such as resistors, capacitors, transformers,and switches into enclosures or onto circuit boards, ensuringcorrect alignment and fit.

        Soldering and Wiring:

        Perform basicsoldering and wiring of components, ensuring proper connections,insulation, and safety standards.

          Testing and Inspection:

          Assistwith the testing of electrical subassemblies, including basiccontinuity tests, voltage checks, and ensuring components areoperating as intended.

            Quality Assurance:

            Inspect assembledelectrical components for defects, proper assembly, and adherenceto specifications. Report any issues to senior team members orengineers for resolution.

              Documentation:

              Maintain accuraterecords of assemblies, including parts used, assembly steps, andtest results, ensuring traceability and compliance with qualitystandards.

                Tool Operation:

                Use hand tools, power tools, andspecialized equipment (e.g., soldering irons, crimping tools,multimeters) for electrical assembly tasks.

                  Safety Compliance:

                  Follow all safety procedures and guidelines when working withelectrical components, tools, and equipment to ensure a safe workenvironment.

                    Collaboration:

                    Work as part of a team to meetproduction goals and timelines. Communicate effectively withcolleagues and senior assemblers to ensure efficient assemblyprocesses.

                    Required Skills & Qualifications:
                    • High school diplomaor equivalent.
                    • Basic knowledge of electrical components andassembly techniques.
                    • Experience with or willingness to learnbasic soldering, wiring, and electrical assembly.
                    • Ability to readand interpret electrical diagrams, schematics, and blueprints.
                    • Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and electrical testingequipment (multimeter, oscilloscope, soldering iron).
                    • Strongattention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully.
                    • Good manual dexterity and ability to work with small components.
                    • Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly.
                    • Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
                    • Ability towork in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
                    Preferred Qualifications:
                    • Previous experience in electricalassembly, wiring, or related fields.
