The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling electronic components and systems, ensuring high-quality standards are met throughout the production process. This role requires proficiency in various assembly techniques and tools, as well as a solid understanding of electronic schematics and wiring. Duties Assemble electronic components and systems according to specifications and schematics. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for assembly tasks. Perform soldering of components, ensuring strong connections and adherence to quality standards. Fabricate parts as needed to complete assemblies or repairs. Conduct testing of assembled products using ohmmeters and other testing equipment to ensure functionality. Troubleshoot issues with logic controllers and electrical wiring, making necessary adjustments or repairs. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Collaborate with team members to improve assembly processes and product quality. Qualifications Proven experience in electronic assembly or related field is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read and interpret schematics. Familiarity with surface mount technology (SMT) is a plus. Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment such as ohmmeters. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot electrical issues effectively.
