Job Description:
Looking forindividuals with hands-on experience in assembly line, HVAC,manufacturing, or related industries (semiconductor, automotive).
Hours:
2nd Shift Monday thru Friday 4 PM- 12:30 AM PST. Must beproactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working in both team andsolo project environments.
Responsibilities:
Tool Operation:
Usehand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment (e.g., solderingirons, crimping tools, multimeters) for electrical assembly tasks.
Safety Compliance:
Follow all safety procedures and guidelines whenworking with electrical components, tools, and equipment to ensurea safe work environment.
Collaboration:
Work as part of a team tomeet production goals and timelines. Communicate effectively withcolleagues and senior assemblers to ensure efficient assemblyprocesses. Follow procedures and meet production deadlines.
Participate in solo or team-driven projects. Be proactive in askingfor additional responsibilities and staying late to meet customerdemands if necessary.
Experience:
Typically requires a minimum of 4- 6 years of related experience. Previous experience in electricalassembly, wiring, or related fields. Experience working in amanufacturing or assembly environment. Experience with orwillingness to learn basic soldering, wiring, and electricalassembly. Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams,schematics, and blueprints.
Industries preferred:
manufacturing,HVAC, semiconductor, automotive.
Skills:
Hands-on experience inassembly line work. Good hand-eye coordination. Basic knowledge ofelectrical components and assembly techniques. Familiarity withhand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment(multi-meter, oscilloscope, soldering iron). Strong attention todetail and ability to follow instructions carefully. Good manualdexterity and ability to work with small components. Basicknowledge of soldering techniques and wiring standards. Familiaritywith testing and diagnostic equipment used in electrical assembly.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred.
