We are currently seeking a skilled Solder Assembler to join our team in Endicott, NY. This full-time, onsite position plays a critical role in assembling and ensuring the quality of electronic components and systems. The ideal candidate will have experience with soldering, SMT setup, and conformal coating processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform solder touch-up after mass reflow (SMT and Conformal Coat). Assemble electronic components, subassemblies, kits, and modules following written instructions, wiring lists, diagrams, and process sheets. Operate hand tools and machinery appropriately and safely. Inspect products for compliance with specifications and perform rework as required. Conduct mechanical and electrical assembly operations using standard measuring tools and techniques. Perform soldering and inspection tasks when certified. Assist in SMT setup, bonding, and flow solder processes. Participate in cross-training and support continuous improvement activities. Follow all safety, quality, and operational guidelines and procedures.

Requirements:

Education:

High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience:

Minimum of two (2) years of education from a high school or trade school.

Proven experience in:

Soldering SMT Setup Conformal Coating Bonding Flow Soldering Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring lists, and process documentation. Strong attention to detail and quality standards. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
