We’re currently seeking a detail-oriented Assembler to join our growing production team in Ronkonkoma, NY. Position Summary As an Assembler at OMNTEC, you’ll be a key part of the manufacturing process—responsible for the precise mechanical and electronic assembly of our equipment. This hands-on role involves working from assembly drawings, following production schedules, and ensuring each product meets quality standards. Key Responsibilities Assemble mechanical and electronic components according to drawings. Prepare tools, materials, and workstations in accordance with daily production plans Perform in-process and final quality checks to identify defects or nonconformities Document production output and communicate any issues or discrepancies Report defective parts, equipment malfunctions, or safety concerns Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all company policies and safety protocols Support other production tasks as needed Qualifications Prior assembly or manufacturing experience preferred Basic mechanical or electrical aptitude Ability to follow detailed instructions and technical drawings Soldering experience is a plus Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
