Required Qualifications Knowledge of standardized process environments. Experience with Harness and IPC Excellent communication skills and documentation practices. Strong electrical skills, ability to read wiring schematics and layouts, and assemble wiring harnesses Basic proficiency with Windows and Mac operating systems. Able to work independently and in a team environment A can-do customer service attitude with the ability to multitask under pressure in a production environment Ability to problem-solve, analyze, and isolate problems Use hands to handle, control, or feel objects. Use hands and fingers to grasp, move, and assemble objects, as well as very small objects. Pay rate $26-$37 per hour with full benefits available, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401K, parental leave, and more. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
