Position Overview:
We are seeking qualified candidates to join our Assembly Team as an Electrical Assembler. This role is a key part of our production process, focusing on the final stages of assembly. Candidates must have prior experience with electrical systems or electrical assembly to be successful in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform final assembly of enclosures, including wiring, component installation, and other electrical tasks Apply finishing touches and ensure products meet required specifications and quality standards Package and prepare completed products for shipment, including boxing and palletizing Tag and label components for accurate inventory tracking Share knowledge and techniques with team members to ensure consistent assembly quality Work as needed in other assembly departments to support overall production flow
Qualifications:
Prior experience in electrical work or electrical assembly required Ability to read and follow wiring diagrams and assembly instructions is a plus Willingness and flexibility to work in other assembly areas as needed Strong attention to detail and focus on quality Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills Dependable, responsible, and able to meet deadlines Why Join Us?
