$19/hour Temp-to-Hire | Multiple Openings Available HTSS is currently hiring Assemblers for multiple hands-on roles with a well-established manufacturing company in the Macungie area. Whether you’re skilled in electronics, PC board assembly, or mechanical build work, we have a position suited for your background. These are temp-to-perm opportunities with long-term potential!

Open Roles Include:

Electronic Assemblers

• Build amplifiers, power supplies, and electronic assemblies PCB Assemblers
• Insert and solder electronic components to circuit boards Console Trim Assemblers
• Assemble mechanical components for organ consoles Key Responsibilities (Depending on Role): Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and IPC standards Solder components onto PCBs or electronic units using hand tools and soldering irons Assemble mechanical parts including keyboards, music racks, and console trim Use hand tools: screwdrivers, soldering irons, air drivers, staple guns, etc.

Report quality or process issues to team leads Work safely and wear required

PPE:

blue coat, safety glasses, static protection

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required Good visual acuity and strong attention to detail Comfortable using small hand tools and soldering equipment Ability to read assembly drawings and written instructions Prior soldering or assembly experience required IPC certification preferred (for electronics roles)

Physical Requirements:

Able to sit or stand at a workstation for an 8-hour shift Lift up to 30 lbs regularly; Console Trim role may require lifting 50-100 lbs with assistance Text “
