Certification. Comprehension of documentation such as customer drawings, bill of materials, datasheets, etc. Ability to recognize and categorize SMT Defects Maintain the equipment in good condition. Keep records of production quantities and time. Notify the supervisor immediately of any defects, equipment malfunctions or other issues. Complete assigned jobs per established time budget. Must be skilled with Windows PC & Software, along with basics of Excel and Word. Follows 5S procedures. Other job-related duties as assigned. What are the Job Requirements? High School Diploma/GED Must have soldiering or QA inspection experience Computer Skills Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions and quality standard. Proficiency in using assembly tools, soldering equipment, and reading technical drawings or schematics.
