The ideal candidate will have experience in both commercial and industrial electrical work, demonstrating proficiency in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems. This position requires a meticulous attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, a commitment to safety and excellence, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Electrical System Assembly:

Collaborate with production teams to install, wire, and assemble electrical components and systems onto rail maintenance and construction equipment on the final line.

Testing and Troubleshooting:

Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting of electrical systems to ensure proper functionality and compliance with specifications and standards.

Commissioning:

Assist in commissioning activities to verify the performance and safety of electrical systems prior to delivery to customers.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of assembly, testing, and commissioning activities, including wiring diagrams, test results, and inspection reports.

Quality Assurance:

Adhere to quality control procedures and standards to ensure that all electrical work meets or exceeds regulatory requirements and customer expectations.

Safety Compliance:

Follow all safety protocols and procedures to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.

Continuous Improvement:

Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development and implementation of best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Teamwork:

Work collaboratively with colleagues and other departments to achieve production goals and ensure the smooth operation of the final line. Support team members, share knowledge and expertise, and actively contribute to a positive work environment.
