Summary We are seeking a skilled Builder to join our team at Taldeco. This position is crucial for assembling and fabricating components using various tools and techniques. The Builder will play a key role in supporting our clients’ manufacturing processes while ensuring quality and efficiency. Responsibilities Assemble and fabricate components according to specifications and schematics. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete tasks. Perform electrical work as needed, including soldering and PCB assembly. Conduct quality checks to ensure all products meet industry standards. Collaborate with team members to streamline production processes. Maintain a clean and organized workspace for safety and efficiency. Machine assembly and project lead. Use skills to assemble fixtures and machines with care and precision using supplied engineering documents. Modify any machine parts necessary to complete a proper fit and update drawings to reflect actual build. Requirements Proven experience as a Builder or in a similar role within the manufacturing sector. Strong knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and fabrication techniques. Familiarity with electrical components and schematics is preferred. Ability to read technical drawings and specifications accurately. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to quality work.
