In this position you will play a crucial role in the assembling and repairing of complex units using job specific tools and equipment. Pay Rate $30.00 per hour Schedule and Hours 2nd shift 3:30-12:30pm

Mechanical Assemblers- Duties and Responsibilities Assembly and Repair:

Utilize job-specific tools and equipment to align materials and assemble/repair parts to build complex units such as cabinetry, shelving, refrigerated display cases, heated food merchandisers, fume hoods, adaptable workstations, and exterior signage.

Precision Measurements:

Take precise measurements to ensure accurate fit of components as per design specifications.

Component Selection:

Select or modify components according to specifications to meet design requirements.

Quality Inspection:

Inspect components prior to assembly to detect and report defective materials, malfunctions, or questionable conditions.

Quality Assurance:

Ensure that assembled items meet quality specifications and standards. Mechanical Assemblers- Qualifications and Requirements Strong mechanical skills and experience with assembly and repair of complex units. Electrical experience is required. Ability to take precise measurements and ensure accurate fit of components. Knowledge of component selection and modification according to specifications. Experience in inspecting components for defects and ensuring quality standards. Proficiency in using job-specific tools and equipment.
