Staffmark is partnering with a top-tier manufacturer in Rogers, AR, and we’re looking for skilled Centerless Grinding Operators to join their growing team.

Pay & Shift Details:

1st

Shift:

$17.00/hour (Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM; overtime may start at 5:00 AM)
2nd

Shift:

$17.30/hour (Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM-11:30 PM; overtime may go until 1:30 AM)
3rd

Shift:

$17.55/hour (Sunday-Thursday, 11:00 PM-7:30 AM; occasional Friday overtime)

What You’ll Do:

You’ll be working with high-precision, automated grinding equipment to produce consistent, high-quality components.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Setting up and operating centerless grinders, infeed robot cells, and chamfer robot cells
Measuring raw materials and conducting in-process inspections to ensure parts meet blueprint specifications
Reading technical blueprints and identifying any potential quality issues
Troubleshooting and resolving machine issues to minimize downtime
Documenting production and inspection data accurately in both physical and digital systems
Performing daily maintenance and keeping your workstation clean and organized

Who We’re Looking For:

At least 1 year of machine operating experience in a production or industrial environment
Familiarity with precision measuring tools and blueprint reading
A strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot moderate machine issues
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to safety and quality
Willingness to work overtime and thrive in a fast-paced environment
