What We Offer $18 per hour, depending on experience Health benefits, including telehealth medical services 401k Life insurance Opportunity for advancement What We’re Looking For Stable Job History, reliable transportation and dependable Must successfully complete and pass GIW assessments (numerical ability, following instructions and Industrial skills) Ability to wear a respirator and pass a PFT (pulmonary function test) Ability to lift 50 pounds or more when performing job tasks Able to work in a fast paced environment Ability to work a flexible schedule Previous mechanical or manufacturing experience preferred but not mandatory What You’ll Do as a Machine Technician Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, or dollies as necessary Paint finished product Operate a forklift and other forms of machinery and/or equipment Respirator use (passes PFT) Inspect and test quality of work to ensure production meets specifications Detect and report defective welds, materials, and equipment Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs) Clean and maintain work station and follow all safety and company policies Keep track of parts and materials and refill bins needed to perform duties Study blueprints, sketches, drawings, manuals, specifications, or samples parts to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished work piece, sequence of operations, and setup requirements Perform other tasks as assigned MAU Workforce Solutions is an innovative global company with extensive experience providing solutions for success in staffing, recruiting, technology and outsourcing to our clients, employees, and applicants.
