High School diploma or equivalent education. 1 + years electro-mechanical assembly in the manufacturing industry. Ability to read assembly procedures and follow visual aids. Proficient with hand tools Basic computer skills. Electrical wiring skills are a plus Good organizational skills. Ability to work and communicate effectively in a lean team environment.
