Overtime Responsibilities:

• Assemble electronic components, sub-assemblies, and productsfollowing work instruction and drawings.
• Use microscopes,measuring instruments, and electronic test equipment to meetquality requirements.
• Read and interpret assembly process/workinstructions and work instruction processes.
• Work withmicroscopic to large components that may require visualmagnification.
• Use various hand tools (such as tweezers, rulers,and cutters) and pneumatic tools (such as torque drivers, andscrewdrivers).
• Maintain accurate data entry related to productionprocesses.
• Collaborate with teams members to improve throughputand continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:

• High schooldiploma or GED required.
• Ability to be approved for SecurityClearance.
• Basic computer skills required, including ability tonavigate digital systems for timekeeping, work instructions, andtask confirmation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to workin a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow written and verbalinstructions.
• Ability to learn J-STD-001 and/or

IPC-A-610.

• Strong work ethic and a reputation for punctuality and reliability,with a desire to grow and learn in their role.

DesiredQualifications:

• Experience with electrical and/ormicro-electronics preferred.
• Knowledge/Experience with ESDprocedures and test equipment.
• Prior experience with J-STD-001and/or

IPC-A-610.
