Overtime Responsibilities:
- Assemble electronic components, sub-assemblies, and productsfollowing work instruction and drawings.
- Use microscopes,measuring instruments, and electronic test equipment to meetquality requirements.
- Read and interpret assembly process/workinstructions and work instruction processes.
- Work withmicroscopic to large components that may require visualmagnification.
- Use various hand tools (such as tweezers, rulers,and cutters) and pneumatic tools (such as torque drivers, andscrewdrivers).
- Maintain accurate data entry related to productionprocesses.
- Collaborate with teams members to improve throughputand continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications:
- High schooldiploma or GED required.
- Ability to be approved for SecurityClearance.
- Basic computer skills required, including ability tonavigate digital systems for timekeeping, work instructions, andtask confirmation.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to workin a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to follow written and verbalinstructions.
- Ability to learn J-STD-001 and/or
IPC-A-610.
- Strong work ethic and a reputation for punctuality and reliability,with a desire to grow and learn in their role.
DesiredQualifications:
- Experience with electrical and/ormicro-electronics preferred.
- Knowledge/Experience with ESDprocedures and test equipment.
- Prior experience with J-STD-001and/or
IPC-A-610.
