Electro-Mechanical Assembler (orMicro-Electronics Assembler) Seeking a Microelectronics Assemblerfor a leading technology company in Chelmsford, MA. This is anexciting contract opportunity with potential for long-termemployment. If you have a keen eye for detail and have an interestin working with electronics, this is a great opportunity to grow ina hands-on role. In this role, you’ll play a key part in assemblingand/or testing cutting-edge products and systems in production.

Overtime What You’ll Do:
Assembleelectronic components, sub-assemblies, and products following workinstruction and drawings. Use microscopes, measuring instruments,and electronic test equipment to meet quality requirements. Readand interpret assembly process/work instructions and workinstruction processes. Work with microscopic to large componentsthat may require visual magnification. Use various hand tools (suchas tweezers, rulers, and cutters) and pneumatic tools (such astorque drivers, and screwdrivers). Maintain accurate data entryrelated to production processes. Collaborate with teams members toimprove throughput and continuous improvement.
What We’re LookingFor:
Interim Secret is required to start. Supplier will be requiredto start interim clearance process at offer stage. Basic computerskills required, including ability to navigate digital systems fortimekeeping, work instructions, and task confirmation. Strongattention to detail and ability to work in a fast-pacedenvironment. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Ability to learn J-STD-001 and/or
IPC-A-610.
Experience withelectrical and/or micro-electronics preferred. Knowledge of ESDprocedures and test equipment. Strong work ethic and a reputationfor punctuality and reliability, with a desire to grow and learn intheir role. High school diploma or GED required.
