The Role:

Fabrication Assistant

  • Trailer Finisher As a Fabrication Assistant , you’ll be part of our hands-on production crew, helping finish and prep custom-built trailers.

Whether you’re wiring lights, installing flooring, or packing for delivery, your attention to detail and work ethic will shine every step of the way. Perfect for someone who enjoys working with their hands, learning new skills, and being part of a team that takes pride in doing things right.

What You’ll Do:

Install electrical wiring systems for trailer lighting Cut and fit wooden flooring and secure in trailers Assist with basic metal cutting and fabrication tasks Pack trailers and prep them for shipment Help load and unload materials Keep the work area clean, safe, and organized Support general maintenance and special projects What You Bring to the

Table:

Solid basic math and measurement skills (must know how to read a tape measure) Willingness to work hard and take initiative Comfort using hand tools and light power equipment Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stay active on your feet Positive attitude, strong communication, and a team mindset Dependable, detail-focused, and eager to learn
