Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Motor Operator Assembler to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling mechanical and electrical components according to specifications to meet production goals and shipping schedules. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow within a hands-on, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform mechanical and electrical sub-assemblies to meet production targets. Complete assigned activities in a timely and accurate manner. Operate basic hand and power tools, including band saws, nail guns, and drill presses. Read and interpret job files, work orders, part drawings, and routing sheets. Inspect your own work for accuracy and quality under the guidance of senior assemblers. Follow all safety protocols in a manufacturing environment. Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. 0-2 years of experience as an assembler in a manufacturing or production environment. Basic understanding of electrical wiring and mechanical assembly.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with assembly line procedures or small parts assembly. Basic electrical knowledge and ability to work with wiring and circuit components. Comfortable using power tools and interpreting assembly instructions. Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow directions closely. Team player with the ability to support production supervisors when needed.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Able to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.

Work Environment:
