The Intermediate Mechanical Assembler will perform a variety of tasks relating to production operations on electronics and/or mechanical assemblies and subassemblies.

Job Responsibilities:
- + Install, assemble and inspect electronic components per documented work instructions.
+ Interpret job routers, written instructions, wiring diagrams and schematic drawings for assembly of electronics. + Demonstrate professionalism, leadership and initiatives on a daily basis. + Perform a variety of inspections to ensure assemblies meet/exceed IPC standards. + Perform pass downs with outgoing/incoming shifts. + Use hand and/or power tools, jigs, and saws. + Disassemble and re-assemble, modify, rework assemblies and subassemblies according to specifications and under simulated conditions. + Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
- + Must have meticulous hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. + Experience with mechanical assembly. + Knowledge of ESD (Electrostatic discharge) procedures. + Must be detail oriented and able to multitask. + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both oral and written. + Must be able to work a flexible schedule in order to meet production and customer needs.

- + Two or more years of manufacturing experience. + Electronics assembly and inspection experience. + IPC-610 experience. + High School Diploma or GED and 2 years related experience
