Responsibilities of the Electro-Mechanical Assembler Perform mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic assembly of equipment Read CAD drawings for individual parts and assemblies Check work for quality and accuracy Work with engineering on continuous improvement initiatives Assist in building skids and crates and packing machinery for shipment as needed Perform related duties as assigned or required Qualifications of the Electro-Mechanical Assembler High school diploma or equivalent required; trades or college degree a plus Ability to efficiently read CAD drawings and use hand tools and measuring equipment Knowledge of common assembly practices and basic machine electrical wiring Knowledge of air and water plumbing preferred Ability to use wood working tools a plus Experience driving a forklift, with training certificate a plus Detail-oriented, self-motivated multitasker Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. and stand throughout your entire shift The Electro-Mechanical Assembler works Monday through Friday from 8:00am-4:30pm, with schedule flexibility after training is completed.
