Job Description Job Summary:

Job Responsibilities:
Assembly of intricate small form factor electro-mechanical modules
Installing mechanical heat sinks with thermal material on temperature-sensitive board assemblies
Building high-end server PCs
Installing and routing cables in small form factor assemblies
Required Qualifications:
Typically requires one to three years of experience
Good mechanical and assembly skills
Ability to read assembly drawings/procedures
HS Diploma Preferred Qualifications:
Hands-on experience building PCs
Hands-on experience with milling and other mechanical rework
Experience with cable management
General soldering skills
Full-Time Equivalent Annual Salary Range:
$39,300 – 78,600 for a Level I at Saddle River, NJ USA. The disclosed salary range is a general guideline for Mercury team members employed at the job level at the location listed above and does not include overtime for eligible hourly employees. “This position requires you to access information that is subject to U.S. export regulations. You may only access such information if you are a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. government.” Additional Information Mercury considers a variety of factors to determine individual base salary offers to candidates, including:
- the role and related responsibilities;
- prior work experience;
- education, training, skills and certifications;
- internal equity with others employed by Mercury in similar roles;
- geographic location; and
- alignment with market data.
