The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience assembling complex machinery, including working with housings, gears, bearings and seals, as well as the ability to read mechanical drawings. This position plays a key role in building high-quality equipment. Duties Assemble mechanical gearboxes, machinery and systems from blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings. Assemble, repair and test gearboxes. Conduct quality checks on assembled products to ensure they meet company standards. Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and fluid power issues during assembly. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Use a variety of hand and power tools, cranes, hoists, and measuring devices. Report any defects or issues with materials or equipment to supervisors promptly. Experience Previous experience in an assembly role or related field is preferred but not required. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination are necessary for precise assembly tasks. A commitment to maintaining high-quality standards throughout the assembly process.

Preferred Attributes:

Forklift or overhead crane operation certification experience a plus. Mechanically inclined Willing to learn and train Must be able to lift minimum of 50 lbs. Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical intuition. Tools will be provided. Must have reliable transportation.
