Assembler/Machine Operator Position Available In Ontario, New York

Pay:

$16-19/hr. (Depending on shift and experience). Temp to hire.

Available Shifts:

1st

Shift:

6:00am – 2:30pm/3:30pm 2nd

Shift:

2:30pm – 1:00am (2:30pm – 11:00pm for training) 3rd

Shift:

10:00pm – 6:00am (Training on 1st or 2nd Shift)

Shift Differential:

2nd Shift – 15%, 3rd Shift – 20% What does a typical day look like for this position? You’ll be… Using hand and power tools to accurately assemble products based on blueprints and work instructions. Setting up and operating machines to ensure smooth and efficient production runs. Inspecting parts using precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers to maintain quality standards. Monitoring equipment performance, making necessary adjustments, and troubleshooting issues to minimize downtime. Performing specialized tasks like coil winding and soldering as required. Actively contributing to continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives to increase productivity and reduce costs.
