POSITION SUMMARY

: Operate machines completing one or more processes toward the manufacturing of components. Perform as an active team member in supporting and performing all the tasks within a cell group.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

: The employee must be able to handle materials and tools, operate machines, assemble and inspect all products of varying shape, sizes and weights. The employee must perform the above within acceptable quality, quantity, performance and safety standards. The employee must perform his/her job within acceptable safety, environmental, quality, productivity and performance standards as outlined in plant policies, handbooks, and applicable work instructions. Overtime as required/requested.

ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

: Clean the machine and surrounding work area. Operate machines as assigned to assist co-workers at other workstations as needed. Perform or assist in part changeovers.

CRITICAL SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

: The employee must have a high school diploma or GED in hand. Ability to read and understand work orders, machine manuals, directions, charts, and safety regulations. Basic math skills Ability to work well with others Must pass a Drug Screen and have acceptable Background #IND5
