R D Dynamics Corporation We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Precision Grinder to join our team. Position Responsibilities:

Set up and operate precision grinding machines, including surface, cylindrical, and other types. Produce parts to exacting tolerances, frequently holding ±0.0002″. Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications to determine grinding requirements. Use precision measuring tools (micrometers, indicators, etc.) to inspect workpieces and ensure compliance with specifications. Perform repetitive tasks with consistency and sustained attention to detail. Monitor the grinding process and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with company safety protocols. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and maintain workflow efficiency.

Position Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Mechanical aptitude and a strong desire to learn precision machining or grinding. Keen attention to detail and solid problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Capable of standing for extended periods and performing physical tasks related to machining. Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Capable of working both independently and as part of a team. CNC grinding experience is a plus but not required.
