Manufacturing Assistant Sweet Prince Gifts 5156 Minton Road NW, Palm Bay, FL 32907 My small business, Sweet Prince Gifts in Palm Bay, is currently looking for a Part-Time Production Assistant and will soon be looking for Seasonal Production Assistants Sweet Prince Gifts is a small but growing business specializing in personalized home, business, and gift products. While we have a strong online presence, we also love serving our local community through our website and (very) small retail space. Using sublimation, laser engraving, and UV printing, we create high-quality custom items like mugs, photo slates, ornaments, cutting boards, tumblers, and more. Customer satisfaction and attention to detail are our top priorities, and we’re looking for someone who shares that passion to join our team! I’m looking for someone reliable, trainable, and ideally comfortable working in a creative, fast-paced environment—especially during our busy holiday season, which typically starts a little early for us (around the end of summer). This part-time position will likely have increased hours during that time to help meet the higher demand.

Schedule:

Hours will vary based on workload and order volume, typically within our shop hours (Monday-Friday, 10 AM

• 4 PM) but there may be opportunities outside of my normal business days and hours.

As a Production Assistant, your role will primarily focus on helping create and prepare products.

Responsibilities include:

Production Work

• Applying designs to mugs and other products with precision (a steady hand, good vision, and attention to detail are key!). Machine Operation
• Using sublimation, laser engraving, and UV printing equipment (training provided). Help maintain the machines as needed. Order Prep & Packaging
• Carefully packing finished products to ensure they arrive safely and in pristine condition. Inventory & Organization
• Restocking materials, maintaining an organized workspace, and keeping production areas running efficiently. Quality Control
• Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet our high standards. Collaboration
• Working with the team to meet production deadlines, especially during busy seasons. Customer Interaction
• When needed, assist the occasional walk-in customer with inquiries and orders. While foot traffic is currently light, we are working on bringing in more local customers. What We’re Looking For Attention to Detail

• Experience with sublimation, laser engraving, UV printing, Photoshop, or other graphic-related work.
