Do you have experience in hand-soldering Printed Circuit Board Assemblies? If you answered yes to those three questions, then today! Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work Onsite with our client in Melbourne, FL. Interested? Here’s what you’d do: Perform hand soldering by utilizing a microscope to remove, install, align and straighten parts
Remove solder from Gold Plate, prepare for re-plating and re-plate
Use epoxy to affix loose pads to the board
Add land material when it is broken or missing epoxy to damaged PC Boards to repair fiberglass
Install missing pads. Here’s what you’ll get:

Full-Time; 1st shift 7:00AM-3:30PM Monday – Friday

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum 1 year of experience in hand-soldering Printed Circuit Board Assemblies Preferred Skills /
Qualifications:
J-STD-001
Certification. IPC certification
Read and write in English
Knowledge of working on computers
Capable of performing job functions utilizing written procedures, verbal instructions and visual aids.
Ability to work and communicate effectively as a team member.
Self-motivated, ability to work independently and quickly with a high degree of accuracy
