Job Description :
As a Product Lister, you will be responsible for reviewing and listing products for sale using the eBay platform. This role involves creating accurate and compelling listings, ensuring that they are optimized for maximum visibility and sales.
Key Responsibilities :
Review and Evaluate Products:
Assess the condition of products and identify key features, details, and any potential flaws to ensure accurate descriptions. Test to verify product conditions prior to listing.
Create Listings:
Develop and manage eBay listings, including writing detailed and accurate product descriptions, selecting appropriate categories, and optimizing keywords for search visibility.
Upload Images:
Take high-quality photos of products and ensure that all images meet eBay’s standards. This includes showing items from all angles and highlighting any unique features or defects.
Price Competitively:
Conduct market research to set competitive pricing and decide on whether to use auction or fixed-price formats.
Set Shipping Details:
Specify shipping options and policies, including setting up business policy templates for efficient processing.
Monitor Listings:
Keep an eye on active listings to ensure accuracy and relevance, and revise them as needed to improve performance.
Customer Interaction:
Respond to inquiries from potential buyers in a timely and professional manner, helping to drive conversions.
Qualifications :
1 year of experience with eBay’s platform, including listing creation and optimization, is required. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent written communication skills. Work Hours:
Contract-to-Perm position. Hours of operation 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
Important Note:
This position is a contract-to-permanent opportunity. Initially, candidates will be hired on a contract basis for a 90-day period. Upon successful completion of this period and an offer for permanent employment, a background check will be conducted. Permanent, full-time W2 employment will be contingent upon the results of this background check.
