JOB SUMMARY
Operate heat press machine to decorate garments accurately, on time, and with the planned efficiency according to specifications.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
(includes other duties as required): Read and comprehend reference sheets and related documents to correctly place designs or numbers on garments. Select designs and numbers to apply. Set up heat press machines according to transfer specifications. Approve the first garment with supervisor to ensure quality. Ensure production orders are completed according to specifications and planned efficiency. Observe heat transfer operations to detect any production defects. Perform daily machine maintenance as per standard procedures. Maintain a clean and orderly work area. Communicate with supervisors regarding any non-value-added activities that could be eliminated to enhance performance.
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION/LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS

Full-Time, Monday- Friday 8:00AM – 4:30PM. Overtime and weekend work may be requested during busy periods.
