We are looking for a:
Loom Mechanic General Summary:

We are looking for a Loom Mechanic to join ourteam. Candidates will be responsible for maintaining and repairingweaving looms, ensuring they operate efficiently and meet theClient’s quality standards. Assisting with machine setups,performing quality checks, and upholding safety protocols whilecontributing to a clean and organized work environment will also bea part of the job process.

Required Skills:

Experience with troubleshooting and replacing broken loomparts. Ability to work with RF Smart program and understand machinetiming. Strong attention to detail for quality control and maintaining highsafety standards Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Must be able to handle a 350 lbs. warp with assistance of equipmentand engage in constant movement.

Responsibilities:
Loom Setup and Warp Handling:

Perform machine setup, load andunload warp beams onto looms, manage yarn entry and style changes,repair damaged warps.

Loom Maintenance & Repair:

Replace worn or broken loom parts,including reeds, heddles, lancettes, lenos, and fillingfingers.

Teamwork & Communication:

Work with team members, providingassistance where needed.

Safety Adherence:

Lock out machinery during repairs and adhere toall safety protocols, including mandatory hearing protection.

Benefits:

Schedule:
