Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Digital Printing Press Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining digital printing and embroidery equipment to produce high-quality printed materials. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled individual or someone that is willing to learn to contribute to our printing operations.

Daily Responsibilities:

Operating and maintaining assigned DTF printing equipment. Operating assigned computer and related printing software. Printing and producing assigned orders within their turn around time. Observing, reacting, and correcting and printing equipment malfunctions. Quality controlling final products produced. Quickly and Effectively communicating with our support, fulfillment, and management teams. Replenishing and organizing all printing related materials. Maintains a clean and organized workspace. Additional responsibilities and duties as needed. Flexibility to handle various job orders and adapt to changing production demands.

Job Qualifications & Skills:

Must be motivated, enthusiastic and willing to work in a fast paced environment. Must have organizational skills to manage workload and be efficient with a strong emphasis on detail and quality. Must be able to read and speak English, perform basic math functions, and works well with others. Ability to work independently, without constant supervision. Must possess a full range of body motion including the ability to regularly push, pull squat, bend, stoop, twist, grasp, lift and carry up to 25 pounds. Must be able to stand for 8 hour shift. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment. Must be 18 years or older.
