• Job Summary:

• The Plastics Finisher is responsible for preparing molded parts to meet specific quality and customer standards. This includes inspecting, filling, and sanding components as part of a small-batch production process.

• Key Responsibilities:

• + Mix filler and hardener accurately, following detailed instructions + Inspect molded parts for voids or defects and apply filler as needed + Use sandpaper, drills, and sanders to finish parts to customer specifications + Verify part counts, scan job travelers, and route items to the appropriate next step + Meet production quality and quantity standards + Support quality systems and procedures, including ISO compliance + Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety policies and using required PPE + Participate in ongoing training and apply learned skills consistently + Perform other duties as assigned •

Qualifications:

• + High school diploma or equivalent + Strong attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination + Ability to read and follow written job instructions/specifications + Comfortable working with hand and power tools + Previous finishing or manufacturing experience is preferred (6+ months)

• Pay Details:

• $16.
