Job Summary:
We’re looking for a DTG & Heat Applied/Heat Transfer Graphic Decorator to join our production team. This hands-on, dual role involves operating DTG printers and heat press equipment to apply graphics to garments with precision and care. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a creative, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate DTG printers and heat press machines to decorate garments Pre-treat garments and follow print recipes and machine settings Ensure all graphics are straight, correctly placed, and meet quality standards Ensure proper drying, flattening, and curing processes before and after printing Perform quality checks before and after printing Organize garments by style, size, and location throughout the printing process Follow daily production goals and schedules Keep a clean, safe, and efficient work area Report any machine issues or production errors promptly Maintain and clean equipment daily (DTG printer, pre-treat machine, heat press)
Qualifications:
Experience with garment decoration (DTG or heat press) is a plus — but we will train the right candidate Strong attention to detail — graphics must be straight and properly aligned Comfortable with repetitive tasks and standing for extended periods Good hand-eye coordination and basic computer skills Positive attitude and strong work ethic Reliable and punctual
