We’re expanding our heat application department and are seeking dedicated individuals to operate our top-of-the-line equipment. No prior experience? No problem! We will train the right candidate who demonstrates a strong work ethic and a commitment to quality.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Operating advanced Hotronix hat and flatbed Auto Clamshell heat presses . Precisely applying Direct to Film (DTF) transfers and heat-applied leatherette patches onto hats and various apparel items. Ensuring accurate placement and consistently high-quality application for every product. Reading and accurately interpreting order slips to identify correct hat styles and application instructions. Working efficiently with pre-made materials to maintain our high production standards. Compiling lists of needed printed materials to ensure smooth workflow.

What We’re Looking For:

A keen eye for detail and accuracy is an absolute necessity. Ability to read and understand order slips and identify various hat styles. Comfort with repetitive motion and the ability to stand for long periods during your shift. A military background is a huge plus – we value discipline, integrity, and teamwork. A self-starter who is eager to learn and committed to excellence. Experience with laser cutting or DTF printers is a bonus, but not required – we’re ready to train!
