Position:
We’re urgently hiring a Part-Time Assembly Associate to join our shop team. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys hands-on work, has an eye for detail, and is comfortable using tablets.
What You’ll Do:
Light assembly and finishing of custom products Use hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, hammers, and drills Follow simple instructions and diagrams Maintain a clean and organized workstation Collaborate with team members in a supportive, fast-paced environment
What We’re Looking For:
No experience required – just a willingness to learn Attention to detail and basic tool knowledge Reliability and punctuality Creative, crafty, or hands-on background a big plus Must be able to work on-site in
Knoxville, TN Training:
All new hires must complete a 2-week paid training course before placement in their assigned role based on individual skills. You’ll be fully supported and trained by experienced team members.
