The ideal candidate will need to have a strong willingness to learn the understanding of embroidery techniques and the ability to translate artwork into digitized embroidery files. This role requires attention to detail, creativity, and proficiency in using embroidery software. The Embroidery Digitizer will play a crucial role in ensuring high-quality finished products that meet our clients’ specifications. Duties Convert artwork and designs into digital embroidery files using specialized software. Collaborate with designers and clients to understand project requirements and specifications. Select appropriate thread types, colors, and stitch types for each design. Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the digitizing or sewing process, making necessary adjustments to designs as needed.

SECONDARY ROLE

for this position will be learning to build small web stores and pop-up shops for our current customers via Inksoft and Shopify. Requirements Proven experience as an Embroidery Digitizer or a willingness to learn the skillset. Proficiency in embroidery digitizing software (e.g., Wilcom, Hatch, or similar)or a willingness to learn the software. Familiarity with sewing machines and their operation is ideal. Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
