Job Description

We are looking for someone to join our team and after training, work to run an interesting state of the art manufacturing process in our plant that presents different aspects to the job every day. You will be monitoring equipment, making product additions and modifying the ongoing process, taking the product from the beginning to the end, where it will be sold to others to be used in special electronic products like cell phones, cell towers, iPads, and other electronic equipment.

Responsibilities:

Monitor and make adjustments to manufacturing process. Conduct quality control checks to ensure coating uniformity and adherence. Document experimental procedures and results accurately.

Requirements:

Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality results. Ability to consistently follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols. Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Physical Demands:

The job involves heavy lifting, standing, reaching, and walking for extended periods. Applicants should be able to lift a minimum of 60 lbs. and perform repetitive physical tasks.

Working Conditions:

The work environment is located in a non-air-conditioned/heated plant, and temperatures can vary significantly depending on the season. Candidates should be comfortable working in hot, cold, or humid conditions.

Benefits:

Applicant will be fully trained onsite, no prior training required! Base pay up to $20 per hour (D.O.E.). Eligible for bonuses quarterly based company profit and employee performance, averaging between 5-20% of pay! Additional pay into each employee’s Health Saving Account (HSA) account.

Monday through Friday hours:

8:00am – 4:30pm (M-TH) & 6:00am – 2:30pm (F) PTO 1 week year one; 2 weeks year 2; 3 weeks by 3rd year plus 9 paid holidays Company matched 401k retirement plan up to a 5% match!!
