Position Summary We are currently seeking an experienced Floor Coating Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, skilled in surface preparation and coating application, and capable of working efficiently in a variety of environments. Key Responsibilities As a Floor Coating Specialist , prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and applying primers Apply coatings using brushes, rollers, or sprayers Repair and patch surfaces, including filling cracks and holes Interpret blueprints and project specifications to determine scope of work Operate power tools such as sanders and grinders Maintain a clean and safe job site Qualifications & Skills Proven experience as a Floor Coating Specialist , with a strong understanding of application techniques Ability to read and follow blueprints and schematics Skilled in the use of sanding, grinding, and coating equipment Knowledge of caulking and surface sealing techniques High attention to detail, especially in color matching and finishing If you are a dedicated Floor Coating Specialist looking for a long-term opportunity with a respected company, we’d love to hear from you.
