PM Job Description Primary Responsibilities:
Fabricate and assemble metal parts and structures using various tools and equipment Weld, cut, grind, and measure materials to ensure accuracy and quality of finished products Maintain equipment and tools Ensure a safe and clean work environment
Qualifications:
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities High school diploma or GED preferred Experience in welding, cutting, grinding, and measuring materials Must have Aluminum welding experience. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Physical Demands Ability to lift 50 lbs Ability to reach with hands and arms Manual dexterity to evaluate, install, and modify equipment Ability to work efficiently in non-climate-controlled environments Exposed to shop elements such as noise, dust, odors, and chemicals
