Daily:

Checks all daily work-orders and makes sure they are complete Ensure equipment and machinery is properly maintained and repaired To be knowledgeable of, and comply with, the Company Quality/Environmental System and procedures, work instructions and policies applicable to daily work activity. Provide direction and support on issues such as machine, safeguarding material handling, and electrical safetyAs needed. Responsible for disposal of hazardous waste Other duties as directed by supervisor

Knowledge and Skills:

•Must have Sewing/ Serging machine maintenance experience•Must be able to read and understand blueprints Must have a background in machine repair, welding, brazing Must have some knowledge of electrical for reading amp, volt and continuity meters Must know how to use most power and hand tools The ability to meet deadlines efficiently and effectively Must have the ability to work with and train others Answer questions and resolve situations

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to stand for long periods of time Must be able to lift 30 lbs Must be able to work well with people The ability to run various production processes The ability to work as a team Have a good personality The ability to work irregular hours
