Metal Finisher Mack Hils Metal Fabrication and Machining 544 North Ave, Moberly, MO 65270 Summary Metal Finisher operations are performed on various production parts that have rough/sharp edges to prepare part for paint and/or powder coat procedure. Essential Functions Receive parts from skids/boxes or finished parts from production Grind & Finish all areas of parts to prepare finish for next operation Move parts to next area of production or back in skids/boxes Ensure shop cleanliness in work area Required Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required: Ability to safely operate hand held grinder Knowledge and use of protective wear Ability to safely operate forklift Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, MSDS Sheets, blueprints, maintenance instructions, and job packets/procedures Ability to follow oral and written instructions Ability to operate computer General Skill Requirements
