Just about all of our steel parts and weldments get powder coated. We will train if needed and we work 4 days/week with Friday work being overtime pay. “`

Duties:

• Operate powder coating equipment to apply coatings to metal parts
• Prepare surfaces for coating by cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary
• Load and unload parts onto racks or hooks for coating
• Monitor and adjust coating parameters to ensure proper thickness and coverage
• Inspect finished parts for quality and make any necessary touch-ups or repairs
• Maintain a clean and organized work area “`

Requirements:

• Experience operating a crane for material handling
• Mechanical knowledge and ability to operate power tools
• Familiarity with machining processes and precision measuring instruments
• Ability to assemble and fabricate metal parts as needed
• Proficiency in airless paint spraying techniques
• Valid forklift certification is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
