The Metal Finisher will be responsible for the precise finishing and polishing of various dental metal frameworks, including crown and bridge, partials, and implants, to meet our high standards of quality and aesthetics. This role requires a keen eye for detail, steady hands, and a strong understanding of dental lab procedures and materials. •Salary Commensurate with experience.•Essential Functions Grind, smooth, and polish metal frameworks (cobalt-chrome, nickel-chrome, gold, titanium, etc.) using various dental lab tools and equipment (e.g., handpieces, grinders, polishers, sandblasters). Ensure all metal surfaces are smooth, free of imperfections, and ready for subsequent stages of production (e.g., porcelain application, acrylic processing). Perform adjustments and corrections to metal frameworks as needed to achieve optimal fit and occlusion. Inspect finished products for quality assurance, ensuring they meet prescribed specifications and company standards. Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to all safety protocols and lab procedures. Monitor and maintain equipment, reporting any malfunctions or needs for repair. Collaborate effectively with other lab technicians and departments to ensure timely completion of cases. Continuously seek to improve skills and knowledge of new materials and techniques in dental metal finishing.
