In this role, you will: Work closely with skilled welders, machine operators, and experienced industrial painters to acquire valuable skills. Learn day-to-day duties involve the use of hand tools and measuring tapes. Learn to operate various fabrication equipment, including drills, grinders, press brakes, blasters, and paint spray processes. Learn the basics of welding and fitting, as well as the operation of CNC equipment. Work Experience For this role, we are looking for someone who has the willingness and desire to learn as well as: Ability to stay on task and learn new skills Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment. Hot in the summer & cold in the winter Ability to solve basic math problems and read tape measure. Manual dexterity to work with various hand tools. Ability to lift 50 pounds. Strong commitment to safety and adherence to all safety protocols.
