- Finisher
- Our client is seeking Finishers at their Cavendish, VT facility.
Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is preferred but notrequired!
- Responsibilities of the Finisher
- Operate various assembly equipment, production equipment, and hand tools
- Handle, assemble, and inspect parts and products
- Check work for quality and follow ISO procedures
- Prepare and pack parts for material handling and/or shipping
- Complete paperwork
- Cross train to assist in other areas or departments
- Make recommendations to improve processes or resolve issues
- Train team members and perform additional tasks as needed
- Qualifications of the Finisher
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous assembly/manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to read and follow work instructions, safety procedures, and policies
- Basic math skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong teamwork and cooperationOpenings are available working Monday through Friday from 7:00am-3:30pm.
