REQUIREMENTS

Must have some previous manufacturing experience, preferably with racking or small parts handling Must be able to communicate well and accept direction and correction as needed Strong team skills and desire to be on time and efficient Must be able to perform physical aspects of the job, including standing the whole shift, working with small parts and performing repetitive tasks

JOB DUTIES

Rack and stage parts for finishing Work to maintain the most efficient use of tooling Communicate any issues and opportunities to superiors Maintain and organized, efficient work area conducive to meeting the expectations of quality and professionalism Work effectively and relate well with others continually improve metal finishing knowledge through training and experience Provide process instructions from job routers effectively and clearly to process technicians Understand customer quality requirements necessary to the final inspections and packaging of final products
