A growing custom woodworking shop near Elverson, PA is looking for a skilled Wood Finishing Technician to join their team. This hands-on role involves prepping, staining, and finishing wood cabinets and components to meet quality standards in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Sand, stain, and apply finish coatings to cabinets and wood products Mix and match stains and finishes to achieve desired color and texture Inspect surfaces for defects and perform necessary touch-ups or corrections Maintain clean and safe finishing area Follow finishing processes and quality guidelines

Requirements:

Experience in wood finishing or cabinet staining preferred Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality results Familiar with spray equipment and hand-finishing techniques Able to work independently and as part of a team Reliable and able to meet production timelines
